The UGC has prescribed guidelines for financial assistance for various coaching schemes for SC/ST and Minority community candidates including OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) students and poor general candidates (BPL) during XIth plan.

To consider strengthening and expansion of scheme of remedial coaching to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy) and Minority Students, classes are conducted by SC/ST Cell - Anna University.
